Harvest Hit Off

Thank you all for coming to the Harvest Hitoff tournament last week. We hope you had as much fun as we did. Congratulations to all of the teams that won their divisions.

If you have not signed up yet, we have another tournament the weekend of October 4-5, The Stafford Pinkout. I will put the link ofr registration below. We hope you will join us again.

We have also opened registration for two of our spring tournaments with a possible third being added in April.

Games will start on a 1 hour delay from their original times. Please stay off of the fields until 9am to all park staff to prepare them. You may use the battings cages or the outfield.

At the momemnt fields are closed. I am heading there now to see when they will be available. The plan is to start at 10am unless told otherwise, please monitor your emails. Please do not arrive before 9 to give the staff time to get fields ready.

If I need to push later I will notify in the next 30 minutes.

We had a team drop yesterday and needed to make a change for the umpires. This is the final revision. I think it only affected two teams in 12U and two teams in 8u, but please double check your times and field locations for Saturday.

We have added some teams to all divisions. In doing so, we will have games on all 4 fields all day. I am waiting for the last 8U team to signup. I have left the spots open in the schedule for 8U. 10U, 12U, and 16U schedules are set for Saturday.

8U coaches, once the last team signs up I will email all of you to let you know about the schedule.

Coaches,

We have 2 additional teams signing up in 16u and one additional team in 8u. Due to this change, there will be some changes made to the schedule. The updated schedule will be released on Tuesday. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We want to put the best tournament on possible in each age group.

The schedule is live. I have also attached the house rules for the tournament. If not specified in the document we default to Babe Ruth Softball Rules.

If you have played in our tournaments before the only major change is time limits. We have a lot of teams and want to get all of our games in. We will play 1 hour and 15 minute in pool, 1 hour and 20 minutes in bracket, and 1 hour and 30 minutes in the championship.
