Refund Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. No refunds for team cancellations once game schedule is published. No refunds if event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as War/Terrorism, COVID guidelines or mandated restrictions. Teams registered for postponed event will receive full credit to attend rescheduled NFP/Yuma governed AFA Fastpitch event. In the event that rescheduled event fee is less the team will receive a refund for the difference or if the fee is greater the team will need to pay the difference. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations prior to schedule posted will be charged 30% administrative fee.
