Cat City Battle at BLD April 26, 2025 in Cathedral City CA. 10U and 12U 1-Day Fastpitch Tournament . Fee $595.00. Game 1:30 No New Inning with 3 Game Guarantee. AFA Team Membership Required. Non-Refundable $200.00 Deposit required to confirm your spot by March 9, 2025 via VENMO to Joe Jimenez Jr. @JJ-Jimenez-51121. BLD Gate fee: 2 coaches and players in uniform free entrance. Additional coaches and spectators ages 13 and up $8.00. AFA NATIONAL QUALIFIER. Berths to Champions and Finalists of each division. Rings to 1st place, awards to 2nd place. AFA is home to the no new inning and no drop dead. There is No-Stay-To- Play! All of our tournaments feature 2 umpires.

Guests are welcome to register for events, however, a current AFA Team Membership is required for event participation. Join now!
Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age.
NOTE: Schedules are released on Thursdays the week of a local tournament. Larger tournament schedules usually released by Monday before the tournament.

Note: All 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance.
Cancellation Policy
Fees / Charges
Nationals Cancellation Fee:
35% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 31-60 days of the first session. Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 30 days or less of Nationals will result in no refunds!
Client Cancellation Fee:
30% fee for late cancellation (16 days prior to event or more). No refunds for cancellation 15 days or less.
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling. If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 30%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees, field fees, staff hotels, awards and repayment of event cost.
A Division must have 4 teams paid for us to run
If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when consideriing hotel accomodations or air bnbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event. If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your tream. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accomodations.
