Reminder there is no infield warm up allowed - especially when crews are working and preparing diamonds

All parks will be ready for 6 pm games.

Hi Coaches and Managers,

We are currently monitoring field conditions and will make a call on whether tonight's games can proceed by 6 PM. With tomorrow morning's forecast looking questionable, we are hopeful we can get tonight's games in.

We have also updated our rules to clarify the rain delay policy. The full updated rules are attached, but here is the key addition:

RAIN DELAYS — If rain interrupts a game in progress and play cannot resume within 30 minutes, the following applies:

The game will be considered complete if either (a) four full innings have been played or (b) the mercy rule has been reached (10-run lead after three innings). Games that do not meet either threshold may be rescheduled at the discretion of tournament organizers. If rescheduling is not possible, the game will not be counted.

We will advise on fields no later than 3:30 pm today.

I know a lot of you are having problems uploading your rosters and accessing your team profiles on Exposure. It really is a difficult program to use and I apologize for the hassle.

If you can't alter your roster, it is because you don't have permission so my best suggestion is start a new team, add your roster and send me your new team profile number and l can link it.

If you can alter your roster but can't find the 2026 Pride and Power tournament, send me your profile number and a copy of your current roster and I will link them.

If your roster is still showing last year players as well as this years players you can send me an email and I can archive old players and coaches.

If all else is failing, send me your roster and I will get it sorted tonight.

RAIN DELAYS

If we get the significant amount of rain that is forecast for tomorrow. I will be making an announcement by 3 pm as to what will happen. I will NOT push games on Friday at any park. Those games will be cancelled and there will be a couple of changes in the schedule for the rest of the weekend to balance games but we will not reschedule those games.
