Games will be played at Pioneer Park, Heritage Park, and Yavapai College in the City of Prescott. Division locations will be decided once all teams are locked in and paid in full-please select hotel accommodations central to all locations.

***Saturday games on 7/25 are slated to begin no earlier than 9am to allow teams, umpires, and staff travel time to Prescott, AZ so that hopefully helps with hotels costs for anyone staying overnight***In doing this, that does mean that we will have games running from 9am-9pm on Saturday

General Information
AFA of Arizona (Stepek) Refund Policy
There are no refunds or transfers if the schedule/brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out, or if a team cancels less than 7 days before the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 7 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another event (AFA of Arizona-Stepek) for a credit OR receive a refund, less the 20% administration fee.
If AFA of Arizona (Stepek) has to cancel an age division due to not enough teams, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Inclement Weather/Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God, the entry fee will be refunded, less the 20% administration fee.
If two games have already started teams will receive 50% of the entry fee. If more than two games are played there is no refund.
If the city does not cancel the event, and we are allowed a staggered start after the city's field crew gets them to safe conditions, tournament directors reserve the right to delay the tournament start time and shorten games to allow pool/bracket play to still fit within the operating hours of the park
