***Please have your player profile sheets hanging behing your dugout/field

***Please encourage parents NOT to sit directly behind home plate during showcase events so that the college coaches have the best view of the fields - no canopies behind home plate!!!

All games are 1:30 finish the batter & unlimited substitutions - meant to showcase and highlight your players in front of the collegiate coaches

Good Afternoon Coaches-

Your AFA Elite Showcase schedule is now live!!!

Your 5 games are pre-scheduled so that the coaches can plan their recruiting weekend accordingly. There will be free subs, 1:30 finish the batter, and 3 games Saturday and 2 games on Sunday. Fields will be open at 6:30am for 8am start. Teams can warm up behind the temporary fences in the outfield.

***We will be running a 5 scheduled game recruiting event so that coaches can schedule out their recruiting routes for the weekend. 5 games at 1:30 finish the batter-3 on Saturday & 2 on Sunday***Please make sure that your girls are emailing the coaches for the universities so that they can come out and watch your players***

Please let us know if you no longer plan on attending this event so that we can remove and get the schedule out this weekend for our collegiate coaches to begin planning their recruiting weekend! Thank you!
