Refund Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. No refunds for team cancellations once game schedule is published or less than 14 days prior to event. No refunds if event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as War/Terrorism, COVID guidelines or mandated restrictions. Teams registered for postponed event will receive full credit to attend rescheduled NFP/Yuma governed AFA Fastpitch event. In the event that rescheduled event fee is less the team will receive a refund for the difference or if the fee is greater the team will need to pay the difference. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations prior to schedule posted will be charged 30% administrative fee.
