4:00 PM Start: Weather is not expected to break until late afternoon. First games are tentatively scheduled to start at 4:00 PM today.

Be Prepared for Early Starts: We are monitoring the weather. If it clears up sooner, games will be bumped up. If you play at 4:00 PM (or later), be ready to start early.

Flexibility Needed: If the weather stays longer, games may be delayed or modified. We will send updates if and when necessary.

Bracket Updated: Bracket play has been updated to fit all games in. Please check your newly adjusted schedule immediately.

We removed the 8am games so the earliest we could possibly start will be 9:30am. We will update at 6am on if we need to delay further based oin the weather.

We will be waiting until the morning to make any changes to Saturday. We will have an update by 6am at the latest

Rain should be close to ending right at game time. We will let the fields drain if there is pooling and then start as soon as we can. Should have a window here to get games in tonight.

The weather looks like it may break by 6:00 PM. We are going to try to squeeze games in starting at 6:00 PM tonight.

The weather forecast for today and Saturday is not looking favorable. While all of our fields are turf, we cannot play through consistent rain. We are actively monitoring the radar for gaps to get games in, but we are looking at modified game times and weather-shortened rules at a minimum

If the rain persists as projected, we may need to extend the tournament into Monday to finish all remaining games.

Action Item: Immediate Monday Availability Check
Please reply to this email as soon as possible to confirm whether your team can participate on Monday if needed. If your team is absolutely unavailable for Monday play, please let us know so we can discuss options, which may include a refund of some kind if the weather forces cancellations.

There is a gate fee for this event and it is $15/adult daily or $20/adult weekend and $10/senior/military daily or $15/senior/military weekend. We ask ALL adult visitors to prepay their gate fee (so please make sure to send to anyone planning on attending to make the process go smooth at the gate) you can do so here:

You will receive a QR Code that you will show to our gate personnel to receive your wristbands. Please forward this to anyone who is attending like a grandparent or friend/relative. Once a ticket is redeemed it cannot be used again and your wristband will be your only way in and out so please keep with you at all times . There will be credit card options at the gate that may take longer to do so please use the prebuy option.

Reminder we are a cashless facility

Reminder that the upper/left parking lots by the NX Level building and right next to it are OFF LIMITS to tournament teams. These spots are for that business and that business only. Please use the center or right entrance #1 or #2 on the map ONLY for this weekend. There will be event staff at the other location turning away cars unless they have official business at the building.

First of all I would like to welcome you to the Summer Slam Tournament. My name is Brad Henes, and I am the tournament director at the facility. You will find the rules in the documents section of the tournament website:

If you have not completed the waivers yet, no worries there is still time. If it is not recorded by your first game, you will not be able to play until it is received. A roster link was sent to all coach's to enter the information we need to send out those waivers.

I am here to help make your tournament more enjoyable and to answer all your questions. Please see the links below and the facility/game play rules in documents section. Coach's If there is an issue at the facility, please let me know and I will handle it. If a parent has an issue they are to go to the head coach and we will work together to resolve it.

Then find the Summer Slam Tournament under softball....find your team and choose to follow it. That way any changes to schedules or news for the event you will get right away.

You will receive an email after purchase with a QR Code that you will show to our gate personnel to receive your wristbands. You can buy as many as you need so you can buy for a grandparent or friend/relative. Once a ticket is redeemed it cannot be used again, but the code can be used again if multiple tickets are on there. If not prebuying a credit/debit card option will be available at the gate note we are a CASHLESS facility so cash will not be accepted anywhere on the grounds. Note your wristband will be your ticket after you redeem the code so keep with you at all times.

4. The following items are prohibited from being brought in

o Weapons
o Outside food and beverages. Carts will be checked and any coolers will be asked to put back in vehicles so please do not bring any carry-in items in.
o Non-service animals
o Tobacco is prohibited anywhere inside the facility.
o Metal Cleats
o SEEDS OR GUM are not allowed anywhere in the facility. If found with these items on a field your team may be kicked out of the tournament so coach's and paerents please make sure this rule is followed. It will be strictly enforced.

5. We are a cashless facility so please be aware and make sure all guests are aware before attending.

6. There will be facility rules sent out before the event that must be adhered to by ALL attendees and participants.
