Attched is the AFA roster and release. Please have it filled out and signed, Turn it in 45 min beforw your first game. The rules will come out when the schedule is released.

This tournament is all but full. There is 1 12u slot left. There is a waiting list for the other divisions and teams wanting to play. Please get the entry sent in to hold your spot. The dead line is May 10th, then it will be opened up to 1st to pay 1st to play. As always AFA appreciates all you guys
