Good morning coaches. The blind pool draw will be on Sunday Feb 22 at 3pm. Please tune into FB on the AFA of Idaho page. We will do the draw that day then the schedule will be out shortly after that.

Attched is the pre order t-shirt form. Please get with your teams and if you have at least 10 orders fill out the sheet and save a couple of dollars. We will have a very limited number of shirts at the tournament for sale.

AFA of Idaho does a blind pool draw for all tourneys. The blind draw will be on Facebook, so please follow AFA of Idaho and we will send out a message when the draw will happen. We are full and there are still 3 teams to pay. Once they are all paid we will announce the draw.

Just a reminder about the AFA roster. Attched is what you will need. Fill it out make a copy and if you have a pick up player just add her to the roster for that weekend. We do not keep the rosters from tourney to tourney.

The Frozen Ropes is full. Please get your enrty in and lock down your spot. As teams pay they will be marked off and and when we hit the number of teams to fill the division that will be it. You can pay online or venmo me.@justplayball04. Please make sure you read the rainout details on the exposure site.

Just a reminder we take a paper roster when you check in. I have attached one for you. I would have the parents fill it out and make copys. If you need to add a player just take 1 copy and write that player in.

Guests are welcome to register for events, however, a current AFA Team Membership is required for event participation. Join now!
Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age.
NOTE: Schedules are released on Thursdays the week of a local tournament. Larger tournament schedules usually released by Monday before the tournament.

Note: All 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance.

Fees / Charges
AFA of Idaho (Kemper) Refund Policy
There are no refunds or transfers if the schedule/brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out, or if a team cancels less than 15 days before the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 15 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another event (AFA of Idaho-Kemper) for a credit OR receive a refund, less the 20% administration fee.
If AFA of Idaho - Kemper has to cancel an age division due to not enough teams, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Inclement Weather/Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God, the entry fee will be refunded, less the 20% administration fee.
If two games have already started teams will receive 50% of the entry fee. If more than two games are played there is no refund.
If the city does not cancel the event, and we are allowed a staggered start after the city's field crew gets them to safe conditions, tournament directors reserve the right to delay the tournament start time and shorten games to allow pool/bracket play to still fit within the operating hours of the park
If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when consideriing hotel accomodations or air bnbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event. If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your team. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accomodations.
