We are going to try and get this going for 1 pm across the board. We might be a bit behind schedule but we are going to see if we can pull off two days of miracles.
If we have to make changes to the schedule to accomodate travel teams advancing we are going to do that so please be aware that bracket game times might change.

Hi Playoff Teams

We are still closely watching the weather and are hopeful that the rain will clear within the hour and fields will start to dryout.

We have updated the bracket schedule for all divisions with what our plan is. We are still on rain delay but are posting the schedule so everyone can plan. We will update again at 10:30 am

U13 and U15 playoffs will move to Sullivan Park.

U17 and U19 will stay at Softball City but the schedule for brackets is changing as we will likely only have three operational fields at best.

Don't head to the park quite yet.

WE ARE ON RAIN DELAY.

We are looking at utilizing other parks to complete play off and championship games. We wwill provide at least two hours notice to all teams and umpires if we are able to proceed.

Hi teams,

Thank you for your ongoing patience as we detail with this crazy weather. For a while there today we thought we had made a major mistake in cancelling games. 1 hour later we were getting severe thunder and lightning warnings.

We have released the revised schedule. We are cutting round robin play to two games per team and moving directly into bracket playoffs on Sunday afternoon.

We apologize for the lateness of the schedule. There are a lot of moving parts with three sites.

U13 team gear will be available for pick up at the tournament desk at Sullivan tomorrow.

U15 team gear will be available for pick up at the tournament desk at CAP tomorrow.

U17 and U19 gear is at the office at Softball City. Please send a team rep to pick it up.
