PGF ShowCase Summer Cool Down In The Pines Documents

Good afternoon, my name is Ismael Mendoza. I will be hosting the SHOWCASE June 27th ALL STAR Game.
We have a total of 47 girls signed up for the ALL Star Game.
Location Yavapai Softball Fields
SHOWCASE will start June 28th and finish June 29th.
College Coaches will be coaching the All Star Game and there will be 2 games 1:30 drop dead.
After the games are finished I would like to have the college coaches talk about recruiting, their school, and any important information they will need.
The players will be there at 4:00pm. The games will start at 5:00pm and will finish at 8:30pm.

would like for College recruiters to be there by 4:45pm.
