You can view schedule by visiting: www.softball.exposureevents.com * AFA Blank Roster * AFA Rules for this event -BASED OF NUMBER OF TEAMS, the 12U and 14U Division will have Premier & Platinum Bracket * Participant Release and Consent Form * Spectators: You must practice social distancing at all times during this event. Spectators ***$8.00 complex (which includes city park or high school) entry fee paid to enter PAAC and all other softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for this tournament per day for ages 7 and up *** once you have paid your entry for the day, you will be allowed to gain access to all softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for the entire day only. Children 6 and under are free. Please bring cash for gate fee. *included in your entry fee will be 17 player/coaches wrist bands (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to gain entrance into our event. You will be able to gain entrance to other field locations within Yuma with the wrist band on your person. All others will be charged $8.00 to gain entrance into the PAAC or any other complex related to the Border Madness tournament. Your wrist bands will be provided to you during your check in. Please ensure to read the color code of wrist band for each day of play. Umpires will allow wrist bands on the players non throwing side. Players must be registered on your softball exposure events team account roster. You must turn in a copy of your Roster at check in, show proof of age of your players (birth certificates, School ID, etc…) at check in, All protest will be $100 (which has to be collected for protest to be initiated) and has to be announced and executed by the next pitch, and all players/parents and coaches must sign the Participant Release and Consent form which will be turned in at check in. UPDATE: Outside food will be permitted. Team Roster and Insurance must be presented at check-in. In your possession you must have copies of individual player’s proof of age. We will provide game balls. Teams encouraged to have 1st Aid Kit(s) at all of their games. Guests are welcome to register for events, however, a current AFA Team Membership is required for event participation. Join now! 

Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age

NOTE: Schedules are released on Thursdays the week of a local tournament. Larger tournament schedules usually released by Monday before the tournament.

Note: All 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance. 

Cancellation Policy

Fees / Charges

Nationals Cancellation Fee:
35% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 31-60 days of the first session.  Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 30 days or less of Nationals will result in no refunds!

Client Cancellation Fee:

30% fee for late cancellation (16 days prior to event or more). No refunds for cancellation 15 days or less.  

Organization cancelled event refund process: 
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling.   If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 30%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees, field fees, staff hotels, awards and repayment of event cost.

A Division must have 4 teams paid for us to run
If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when consideriing hotel accomodations or air bnbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event. If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your tream. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accomodations.
