Willow lane teams. Please ask your parents / families to NOT park their RV's in parking spots

Haritage Middle teams.Please ask your parents / families to park in the front of the school. Do not go behind the school to drop stuff off or park back there. The umpires are the only ones that can park back by the basketball courts.

Costume contest is Saturday. Each coach should send a picture of their teams in costume by noon on Saturday, to (562)755-3697.
Teams can do it however they like- usually, the team does a themed costume, but can be whatever. Numbers aren’t required
A team prize will be given to one team in each age group.
The Boise Blast Board will vote on the best costume and winner will be announced via Boise Blast Tournament Facebook and Instagram.
On behalf of AFA and the Boise Blast, thank you for playing in the Kate's Fall Spooktaclar. Sat is the costume contest, we are excited to crown a costume winner in each age group.

The schedule and rules will be out by 9am tomorrow morning. Attched is the roster form that must be filled out and signed along with your teams insurance cert and turned in 45 min before your 1st game. We are looking forward to a great weekend of softball. The enrty cut off is Oct 3rd. On Oct 4th it will be open to 1st to pay 1st to play and teams on the waiting list will be able to get in. We are full and here are the numbers for each div.
10u 8 teams - 12U 20 teams - 14u 20 teams - HSO - 20 teams. After Oct 3rd it open to the 1st 60 teams.

Guests are welcome to register for events, however, a current AFA Team Membership is required for event participation. Join now!
Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age.
NOTE: Schedules are released on Thursdays the week of a local tournament. Larger tournament schedules usually released by Monday before the tournament.

Note: All 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance.
Cancellation Policy
Fees / Charges
Nationals Cancellation Fee:
35% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 31-60 days of the first session. Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 30 days or less of Nationals will result in no refunds!
Client Cancellation Fee:
30% fee for late cancellation (16 days prior to event or more). No refunds for cancellation 15 days or less.
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling. If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 30%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees, field fees, staff hotels, awards and repayment of event cost.
A Division must have 4 teams paid for us to run
If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when consideriing hotel accomodations or air bnbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event. If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your tream. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accomodations.
