This is the 1st tourney being played after tryouts and not all teams have their new uniforms with numbers. The jersey needs to say the team name, and can be worn with out numbers. We Tina Kemper, UIC Rob Brown along with the umpires will need to be able to idenify a player if questioned.

Rosters: A player can only be on 1 roster period for the tournament. A player CAN NOT play on differant teams in the same weekend. Example: If player A is on team Delta, and plays, then is on team Bravo's roster that player will be removed from the tournament, and the coach(s) will be restricted to the dugout. To clearify, it is the roster that is turned in to me before your first game.

This is Tina Kemper the Fall Cut Director. I would like to thank you guys for playing AFA. I am happy to announce that the Fall Cup is full. Teams are still wanting in so they will be on the waiting list. At this time please get the enrty paid. You can pay it online through the site that you registed on or you can venmo Kemper. As soon as all entrys are paid the schedule will be release.

Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age.
NOTE: Schedules are released on Thursdays the week of a local tournament. Larger tournament schedules usually released by Monday before the tournament.

Note: All 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance.
Cancellation Policy
Fees / Charges
Nationals Cancellation Fee:
35% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 31-60 days of the first session. Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 30 days or less of Nationals will result in no refunds!
Client Cancellation Fee:
30% fee for late cancellation (16 days prior to event or more). No refunds for cancellation 15 days or less.
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling. If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 30%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees, field fees, staff hotels, awards and repayment of event cost.
A Division must have 4 teams paid for us to run
If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when consideriing hotel accomodations or air bnbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event. If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your tream. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accomodations.
