10u only. There are 7 teams and 1 pool. GTS - Simpson has 4 games. All of his head to head will cound. We will remove the teams worst game from the standings.

Teams at Vallivue. Tina will be in the concession stand on the right side to check in. If anything comes up, that is where she can be found. No hitting on the fields at all to warm up. There is a quad and a hitting tunnel along with a bullpen on the varsity 3rd base side. You can wear your spikes on it. There are 2 hitting stations on the varsity 1st base side along with a bullpen. You can wear your spikes on it. There are 3 hitting stations on the 1st base side of the JV field. There is plenty of hitting area for all teams getting ready to play. There will be a concession stand with burgers, dogs, nachos, and pleanty of drinks. NO DOGS, or smoking are allowed on school grounds.

Teams at Discovery Look for the big blue AFA easy up, that is where you will check in. There will be a food truck there and Kona ice will come in a little later.

I have attached a roster / liability release form. This will need to be filled out by every team and turned into the AFA director. Tina will be at Vallivue HS, Kemper will be at Discovery park. Please have it turned in along with a paper or digital copy of your team insurance 1 hour before your 1st game. We do take any team insurance.

No pick up player form needed. If you have a pick up player just add her to the roster that will be fill out and signed by each parent.

Thank you for playing AFA and in the Salute to Service tournament. The tourney is full and the schedule is done. I do have a couple teams that need to pay, and once they do, the schedule will be released.

Attached is a pre order T-shirt form. If your team would like to buy a shirt and do it has a team it will save them some money. Only a few shirts will be available at the tourney to sell. Once they are gone, they are gone. The team list on the back is ONLY a sample, all teams will be on there when printed.

Guests are welcome to register for events, however, a current AFA Team Membership is required for event participation. Join now!
Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age.
NOTE: Schedules are released on Thursdays the week of a local tournament. Larger tournament schedules usually released by Monday before the tournament.

Note: All 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance.
Cancellation Policy
Fees / Charges
Nationals Cancellation Fee:
35% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 31-60 days of the first session. Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 30 days or less of Nationals will result in no refunds!
Client Cancellation Fee:
30% fee for late cancellation (16 days prior to event or more). No refunds for cancellation 15 days or less.
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling. If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 30%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees, field fees, staff hotels, awards and repayment of event cost.
A Division must have 4 teams paid for us to run
If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when consideriing hotel accomodations or air bnbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event. If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your tream. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accomodations.
