Hello coaches just wanted to give you a update on the rain out policy this weekend and instead of doing what the PGF website of 50% me and Ramsey have agree to only do a flat fee of 95 dollars and I believe it's only 15% for admin and other stuff workers city of Phoenix employees

General Information
A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels less than 7 days before the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 7 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another event for a credit or receive a refund minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 25% administration fee. Tournament directors reserve the right to give full credit towards a future event.
If two games have already started teams will receive 50% of entry fee. If more than two games are played there is 1 game refund
