First of all I would like to welcome you to the Shamrock Showdown. My name is Christopher Bormann, and I am the tournament director at OAW Indoor Sports facility. You will find the rules attached. Please enter your players onto the roster page. A link will be sent to you. In the Players email section please enter the parent/guardian email as that’s where the waiver link will be sent. If you have not completed the waiver/roster yet, no worries there is still time. If it is not recorded by your first game, you will not be able to play until it is received. Please check your schedule as the times have changed.

I am here to help make your tournament more enjoyable and to answer all your questions. Please see the links below and the facility/game play rules attached to the email. If there is an issue at the facility, please let me know and I will handle it. If a parent has an issue they are to go to the head coach and we will work together to resolve it.

A few reminders,

Ø There is a gate-fee for all spectators cash and credit card accepted Doors will open at 6:45am

o $10 for adults’ single day/$15 for the weekend
o $5 for seniors/veterans
o $5 per person between the ages of 13-18
o No charge for the players, coaches (max three coaches per team per day), and children 12 and under.

Ø The following items are prohibited from being brought in

o Weapons
o Wagons/equipment carts
o Outside food and beverages
o Non-service animals
o Tobacco is prohibited anywhere inside the facility.
o Cleats (No cleats allowed)
