First of all I would like to welcome you to the Spring Fling Round Robin. My name is Christopher Bormann, and I am the tournament director at OAW Indoor Sports facility. You will find the rules attached. Please enter your players onto the roster page. A link will be sent to you. In the Players email section please enter the parent/guardian email as that’s where the waiver link will be sent. If you have not completed the waiver/roster yet, no worries there is still time. If it is not recorded by your first game, you will not be able to play until it is received.
I am here to help make your tournament more enjoyable and to answer all your questions. Please see the links below and the facility/game play rules attached to the email. If there is an issue at the facility, please let me know and I will handle it. If a parent has an issue they are to go to the head coach and we will work together to resolve it.
A few reminders,
Ø There is a gate-fee for all spectators cash and credit card accepted
o $10 for adults’ single day/$15 for the weekend
o $5 for seniors/veterans
o $5 per person between the ages of 13-18
o No charge for the players, coaches (max three coaches per team per day), and children 12 and under.
Ø The following items are prohibited from being brought in
o Weapons
o Wagons/equipment carts
o Outside food and beverages
o Non-service animals
o Tobacco is prohibited anywhere inside the facility.
o Cleats (No cleats allowed)
