Please bring your completed Roster, Proof of Insurance, and legible copies of all players Birth Certificates or Legal Documents of Age

Note: For the 2019-2020 season all 10u tournament rules will be the same as the older divisions except for the 11″ ball and 35′ pitching distance. 

Cancellation Policy

Fees / Charges

Nationals Cancellation Fee:
25% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 15 days of the first session.  Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 

Client Cancellation Fee:

15% fee for late cancellation (10 days prior to event or less).  A reduced registration fee shall be returned upon late cancellation –  6% covering credit card processing fees (3% fees x 2).  Remaining 9% is a service charge applied for work on replacement team / tournament adjustments. 

Organization cancelled event refund process: 
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling.   If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 15%.  Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees during payment and repayment of event cost.
