3rd Annual CAL ZONA Instructional Camp n’ Fastpitch Showcase Tournament on Nov. 10-12, 2023. Date: November 10-12, 2023 Location: Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex , Yuma Arizona Entry Fee: $1,650.00 *Paid entry fee includes 3 campers for the Instructional Camp on Nov. 11, 2023. Selection of campers will be limited by position to avoid an overage of same positions during camp. The goal is to have an even amount of numbers by positions. This is not a STAY TO PLAY EVENT. Entry Fee: $1,650.00 Payment due by 9/1/23 due to limited spots and high demand (if you are penciled in, please email yumafastpitch@gmail.com to receive information on payment method before due date) Each paid entry fee includes (3) players to attend Instructional Camp ALL POOL GAMES FOR ALL TEAMS WILL BEGIN ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH AT 6:30pm. INSTRUCTIONAL CAMP WILL BE ON SATURDAY, NOVERMBER 11TH 0730AM-1030AM (Each paid entry fee includes (3) players to attend Instructional Camp (7:30 am-10:30 am) 5GG, 4 pool games with single elimination tournament (SEEDING WILL BE BASED ON HEAD TO HEAD, DIFFERENTAL, RUN SCORED, RUN ALLOWED) Bracket games start on Sunday. Don’t miss out. We had a great event in 2022. Gates will open at 7am. College Coaches will be present to provide student athletes instructions in softball related drills during camp and will be present in dugout during camp scrimmage games. Our CAL ZONA Instructional Camp n’ Showcase schedule will be posted and can be viewed by visiting: www.softball.exposureevents.com * Participant Release and Consent Form (Forms are available to print on this site under Documents and available at check in) * Spectators: You must practice social distancing at all times during this event. ****** Instructional Camp can be attended by other players. (team not needed to be participating in showcase to attend camp) Fee $125.00 (only taking 40 additional campers to keep coach to camper ratio low) Scrimmage Game after Instructional Camp ***$5.00 complex entry fee to enter Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex*** * Spectators: You must practice social distancing at all times during this event. Spectators ***$5.00 complex (which includes city park or high school) entry fee paid to enter PAAC and all other softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for this tournament per day for ages 7 and up *** once you have paid your entry for the day, you will be allowed to gain access to all softball complexes (which includes city park or high school) for the entire day only. Children 6 and under are free. Please bring cash for gate fee. TEAMS: Update: your entry fee will be 16 player/coaches wrist bands (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to gain entrance into our event. You will be able to gain entrance to other field locations within Yuma with the wrist band on your person. All others will be charged $5.00 to gain entrance into the PAAC or any other complex related to the CAL ZONA tournament. Your wrist bands will be provided to you during your check in. Please ensure to read the color code of wrist band for each day of play. Umpires will allow wrist bands on the players non throwing side.
