EL1 Softball Refund Policy Act of God Refund Policy: If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God the entry fee will be refunded via check minus a 20% registration fee. If one game is played you will receive 70% of the registration fee. If two games are played, you will receive 50% of the registration fee. If three or more games are played there is no refund. Cancellation Refund Policy: 46 Days or More Prior to Start of Event: Full Refund 45 Days-31 Days Prior to Start of Event: 80% Refund, 20% Admin Fee Non-Refundable 30 Days-21 Days Prior to Start of Event: 50% Refund, 50% Non-Refundable 20 Days or Less Prior to Start of Event: No Refund
