AFA Lil Ribbie-National Qualifier (RAINED OUT) Schedule
Messages
Good Afternoon Coaches & Administrators-
AFA Lil Ribbie-National Qualifier unfortunately has been canceled by both cities for this weekend's event (Phoenix & Scottsdale).
Please email me how you would like to proceed with your event refund:
1. Refund back to your zelle or venmo account, less the 20% admin fee ($604.00)
2. Register and transfer FULL amount of $755.00 to next weekend's event @ Papago Park in Phoenix, AZ for the AFA Fall Frenzy-National Qualifier
(10u-12u-14u-16/18u)
3. Transfer credit of $604.00 to another upcoming event (AFA AZ-Stepek event) now through December 2025
Thank you in advance for supporting AFA. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this inclement weather cancelation has caused.

Good Afternoon Coaches-
In case of heavy rainfall today/tonight at either site:
If we can postpone and allow the city to prep fields in the am, we will adjust the schedule and shorten game times to still get pool play in
If the city cancels, and deems the fields unplayable/unsafe, then AFA would issue a refund less a 20% admin fee or transfer that same pro-rated amount to another upcoming event-whatever the team chooses
I have city staff going out tonight at both locations to check fields and report back to me before we head to bed tonight & the city staff will be there early tomorrow to prep fields and open up for our staff and AM teams and will let us know as soon as they have a decision on how we will move forward
Any updates that we receive will be communicated out via the exposure website as soon as we know, if need be. Please make sure your account is up to date with coach's contact information so that all necessary parties received blast emails about inclement weather and updates.
***In the meantime, please make sure your team is registered for the 2025-2026 AFA Membership
