Terms And Conditions

- All cancellations must be sent in writing to the registration office at abby@softballcity.bc.ca at least 14 days before the first day of the registered camp. - No refunds (only camp credit for future years) will be given if a participant cancels within the 14 day period before the first day at camp. - All camps will run if the forecast calls for rain. Please be prepared, and dress accordingly. We have plenty of indoor space at Softball City that can be used in the event of rain. We will do our best to manage the weather; however, in the rare case of a cancellation, proper notice will be received via phone and/or email, and a partial refund will be issued (please see our Refund Policy below). - On the other hand, in the case of extreme heat, we will provide extra water and sunscreen, and we ask our campers come prepared for the heat, and dress accordingly. Again, our air conditioned indoor space will be utilized during high temperatures.

Refund Policy

- No individual refunds will be provided once camp has begun, for any reason. - Participants are subject to a full refund up to 14 days prior to the first day at camp. - If a day at camp is cancelled due to extreme conditions a partial refund will be given for the time missed at camp: 2-Day Camps: 1 day cancelled = 40%; both days cancelled = 100% 4-Day Camps: 1 day cancelled = 20%; 2 days cancelled =40%; 3 days cancelled = 70%; all days cancelled = 100%
